Concierge medicine (also called membership medicine) means paying an annual membership fee directly to your physician's practice for enhanced access things like same-day appointments, longer visits, and direct communication with your care team. Life Point Select is Life Point Medical's concierge membership program. It doesn't replace your insurance or Medicare; it adds a layer of access on top of the care you already receive.
Yes. Life Point Select is a membership for enhanced access and care coordination — it isn't insurance and doesn't replace it. Keep your current insurance or Medicare; covered medical services continue to be billed the same way they are today.
Covered services are billed to Medicare exactly as required by law. The $3,000 membership fee applies only to services Medicare doesn't cover, such as extended access and care coordination. It is not billed to Medicare and doesn't change how your covered care is billed.
Yes. You can cancel your Life Point Select membership at any time by contacting our office. Call 706-782-0016 and our team will walk you through the details.
Yes. Any reservation deposit is fully refundable. It's used only to manage enrollment timing, not collected as a non-refundable fee.
Call 706-782-0016 or book online below. Because enrollment is capped at 300 patients practice-wide, availability is confirmed by our team before your membership begins.
