Same-Day Access. Unhurried Visits.
A Physician Who Knows You.

Life Point Select: $3,000/year, limited to 300 patients.

A concierge, membership-based model — not a new practice, not a new doctor. Just a different way to access the physician you already trust.
Practice-Wide Enrollment

Capped at 300 Patients

Enrollment is intentionally limited so every member keeps same-day access, real visit time, and a physician who knows their history.
What Concierge Membership Changes

Four things you get back with Life Point Select

Concierge, membership-based medicine restores the pieces of primary care that get squeezed out of a rushed system — and protects them for a limited group of patients.

Life Point Selected
Same-Day Access
Protected scheduling buffers hold same-day slots for members, so a same-day concern gets a same-day visit — not a wait for the next opening.
Life Point Selected
Extended Visit Time
Visit length is set by what you need clinically, not a 15-minute default — more room for complex concerns, questions, and follow-up.
Life Point Selected
Physician-Led Care
Your physician stays directly involved in every visit and every care decision — not a rotating cast of providers you're meeting for the first time.
Life Point Selected
After-Hours Responsiveness
A dedicated care team is reachable between visits, so questions don't have to wait until the next scheduled appointment.

Your Physician

Dr. T. S. Beck
Care led by one physician, from someone who already knows your history

Life Point Select keeps your care with one physician who maintains direct oversight of every visit, every decision, and every message from the care team — the continuity that gets lost once a practice grows past a certain size.
Concierge Medicine, Explained

How Life Point Select's membership model works

Scheduling
Scheduled visits run Monday through Thursday, with same-day access supported by protected scheduling buffers. Friday mornings are reserved for work-ins and urgent needs.
Your Care Team
A dedicated, highly responsive team handles scheduling, communication, and care coordination, with your physician maintaining direct oversight of all clinical care.
Visit Length
Initial evaluations and complex follow-ups get more time; routine follow-ups are shorter. Monthly visits are available whenever medically indicated.
What's Included
Your $3,000 annual fee covers enhanced access and care coordination services — the parts of care insurance was never designed to pay for.
What's Billed Separately
All covered medical services continue to be billed to Medicare or commercial insurance exactly as they are today. Membership doesn't replace your insurance.
Compliance note: Life Point Select maintains a strict separation between access services and medical care. Visit length and clinical decisions are never influenced by membership fees.

Common Questions

Life Point Select FAQ

What is concierge medicine, and is that what this is?

Concierge medicine (also called membership medicine) means paying an annual membership fee directly to your physician's practice for enhanced access things like same-day appointments, longer visits, and direct communication with your care team. Life Point Select is Life Point Medical's concierge membership program. It doesn't replace your insurance or Medicare; it adds a layer of access on top of the care you already receive.

Do I still need insurance?

Yes. Life Point Select is a membership for enhanced access and care coordination — it isn't insurance and doesn't replace it. Keep your current insurance or Medicare; covered medical services continue to be billed the same way they are today.

What about Medicare billing?

Covered services are billed to Medicare exactly as required by law. The $3,000 membership fee applies only to services Medicare doesn't cover, such as extended access and care coordination. It is not billed to Medicare and doesn't change how your covered care is billed.

Can I cancel?
