Timothy Scott Beck, MD
At Life Point Medical, LLC, Timothy Scott Beck, MD, strives to give his patients the best, warmest, most effective care possible. Dr. Beck works to build a relationship with each individual patient, so he can understand their wants and needs, along with their specific bodies. The result is more comprehensive, more targeted, more comfortable care delivered from the convenience of his Clayton, Georgia, office. Life Point Medical, LLC, serves patients ages 14 and up.
After serving in the United States Air Force, Dr. Beck earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro. He continued onto The Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. To further expand his expertise, he then completed both an internship and residency at Greenville Memorial Hospital in South Carolina. Dr. Beck is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Beck built his experience in the field working as a hospitalist and a primary care physician for outpatient clinics and nursing homes. Committed to delivering his patients the highest level of medical expertise and personal attention, he founded Life Point Medical, LLC. He now leads his practice with a dedication to taking good care of patients so they can enjoy their healthiest, happiest lives.
When he’s not with his patients at Life Point Medical, LLC, Dr. Beck enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, building and riding e-bikes, and playing the banjo.
John Williams, PA
John Williams is a board-certified Physician Assistant. Originally from Gainesville, GA, he received a Bachelor’s in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Spanish as an undergraduate at the University of North Georgia in 2008. He studied abroad in England, Spain and Greece during his summers while an undergraduate student. He earned a Master of Public Administration with healthcare concentration at the same institution as well in 2010. He then earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University in 2014. He has worked extensively in outpatient clinics and the emergency room. He is married to Clayton, GA native Annie James Williams and has two children Luke and Molly with a third baby expected in June 2020. In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with family, outdoor activities and exercising.
