Dr. Beck and his staff are a superb medical team in the Clayton area that has a passion for taking care of those in need. I am new to the area and had not established a doctor as yet. Unfortunately I ate something bad and was very sick for a couple days when I decided it was time to see a doctor. I figured I would go to a walk in urgent care facility, until I realized there weren't any in Clayton. I was given the name of Dr. Beck as someone who might see new patients. I called, got an appointment for later that day, and was on the mend in no time. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The Nurse Practitioner I met with was a great listener and very caring. I believe my husband and I have found our new doctor's office in Clayton!

WOW, I finally found a Caring, Knowledgeable, and Professional Medical Facility. LIFE POINT MEDICAL took me in the day after I called for an appointment! The medical staff are so Kind and Compassionate, Warm and Caring. I first spoke to KRISTEN AT THE FRONT DESK , what a precious young lady with a heart of gold.... she knew that it meant so much to me to see a doctor ASAP based on the fact that it was a month ago that I had seen a doctor near my home, but I wasn't happy....and still in pain. I explained to her that I then went to the ER with the pain in my knee, and that doctor told me about a doctor in a neighboring city to see. I went there and they lost my medical records twice and after booking me for an appointment they called to cancel me because they said I was new and they had flu patients. Well, I'm in pain and it seemed no one cared, so I traveled to Clayton to finally find a place that LISTENS to the PATIENT. I met with BRITTNEY, and in all my years of dealing with doctors offices across the USA, I met the Most Caring and Compassionate Medical Assistant ever! BRITTNEY LISTENED TO ME, and she is so Thorough, Knowledgeable and Exceptionally Professional. BRITTNEY knew that I was tired of the run around and I needed to have medical attention. BRITTNEY took the time to go over all the wellness testing that I learned that I was now past due for, and set me up right away....that has never happened.... ever! Then I had the pleasure of meeting JOHN PA, and now I'm totally blown away at what I experienced. For the first time in my life I had someone that really made me feel like I was worth listening to, and he looked me in the eyes when he spoke...wow this is amazing! JOHN PA took the time to listen, and then gave me a number of tests that would rule out anything really serious, but he also found the reason for the pain that I was having in my knee. I watched as JOHN conducted different tests, he was so caring and methodical as he conducted these tests and he articulates details which I love. JOHN takes the time to make sure you understand clearly, and explains in laymans terms....oh lucky me, I don't need a medical degree to know what's going on.... While many doctors that I've seen in the past would enter the room and spend 3-5 minutes and wouldn't even touch me....and in fact would sit across the room as though I had some dreaded disease....then throw out some medical terms and leave the room. This really made me feel unwelcomed for most part, and of course is in sharp contrast to the HIPPOCTATIC OATH. Speaking of contrast, JOHN didn't seem hurried at all but focused on helping me, and giving me the confidence that I was going to be just fine. For the first time I felt that I found a place with ETHICAL STANDARDS that so many lack. If you want to find a Medical Center with PROFESSIONAL ETHICS, SOLID MEDICAL TREATMENT, given with WARMTH and COMPASSION for their PATIENTS, then YOU MUST visit LIFE POINT MEDICAL. Dr.Beck is one of the best trained doctors in Clayton, attentive, competent, caring. I recommend him to those wanting a good MD and as a Medicare provider.
